Our Approach

Here at The Master Wishmakers of England we take great pride in everything that we create and also the way that serve our clients. Whether you are commissioning something from our Limitless, Bespoke, Playhouse or Bedroom collections we make sure that the whole process – from initial contact through to installation – is as seamless and stress-free for you as possible.

Regardless of the size, style or complexity, each Master Wishmakers’ project is the result of a bespoke, detailed and pragmatic design process – all the time ensuring our undivided attention to making sure we incorporate the fun element into the design.

Initial Contact & Design Brief

In the first instance we listen very carefully to your requirements and often probe further, for specifics  such as, favourite film, story, architecture, history and any personal hobbies and interests, to enable us to create a design that is totally unique to you.

We will always be pleased to accept an invitation to your premises to consider important aspects such as access, light and architectural detailing.

Your budget is also extremely important and this will be discussed and incorporated into the brief.

Concept Generation

Once we have gathered together all the information we need our team of expert and enthusiastic designers will work to produce an exciting, clear and coherent concept. You can expect beautiful drawings of the concept, along with a fantastic, 3D animated computer model of your design.

Presentation

On completion of the concept we will send the rich media via email (or hardcopy if requested) for your consideration.

Commissioning

Once you have approved the design and wish to proceed to construction the next step is for us to produce our construction drawings and commence production (subject to agreement of out standard Terms and Conditions).

Production

Your design is meticulously hand build by our skilled craftsmen in our workshop in Northamptonshire, England. This ensures that the craftsmanship and quality of our production remains second to none. The time taken for manufacture is unique to each piece and depends on factors such as size and complexity.

Delivery and Installation

Upon completion of the project we will ensure that delivery and installation is taken care of. In most cases the very same craftsmen that manufactured your creation will be responsible for installation as they will know the product inside out.
